Namfon, known as "Ning" is the owner of Happy Elephant. Her love of cooking was born when living near the Chao Praya River in Thailand. To make merit, Namfon's grandmother prepared food for Thai monks; Namfon would watch, learn and ultimately participate. Realizing she had a love for Thai cooking, her grandmother passed down her family recipes.

Totally delicious. I crave their rangoons and any of the curries (I've had it many places and theirs just seems to stick out as some of the best).
The owners have been here for a number of years which says a lot in the restaurant business. The menu is newer and provides a variety of selection of Thai food.
I started with spring rolls and pleased to find them fresh-tasting, with delicate wrapping, yummy ingredients and a delicious, light plum sauce, to which I give high marks.
